My finicky, amply sized cat climbed in, curled up, closed her eyes. End of story. No other bed has received her attention until now, This is perfect for her. She seems to be cozy in the cool laundry room at night and appears to be protected from cold drafts and scary thoughts.Read More
I wish they made an adult bed in this size! This bed is super soft. It came in a flat envelope so the bed does fold flat -- it does not have a hard shell on top if that matters to anyone. The brown is more of a golden color but it is really pretty. It also has a separate cushion inside that you can take out, also super soft.Read More
My cat, Bubba, immediately took ownership of this very soft, comfortable cat bed! It is lightweight so easy to move around the home (the only way I could get him from one room to another!). I recommend it to anyone with a small dog or any size cat.Read More
I got this for my 8-lb Min-Pin who LOVES to burrow and nest, and it was a great purchase! As other reviewers have mentioned, the top is stiff enough that it can easily be plumped back up if it gets smashed down. Both my 11-lb lazy cat and my Min-Pin love this bed, and either sleep on top of it or inside, depending on the temperature and their mood!Read More
I have a Siamese cat. He is very particular about everything. We live in a warm climate. During the summer the house is HOT. The cat however still likes to bake in the sun that streams through the glass sliding door. He loves to be warm. During the winter, he sleeps on my legs, which makes turning, and therefore sleeping, uncomfortable. I previously bought a hooded bed from a discount store, hoping he would sleep in it instead of on me.It was a waste of money. The cat refused to sleep in it. After reading some of the reviews of the Armarkat 19-inch Pet Bed, I decided to try again. People were saying their finicky cats were drawn to the Amarakat immediately. I was skeptical. Upon receipt of the packaged bed, I openned it up and left it on the dining room table where my cat had set up house in an empty shoebox. He sniffed the bed, examined it, but didn't immediately accept it. I took it off of the table, put it under a chair close to the glass sliding door, and put his furry flat mat ( previously used routinely as his surveillance spot on my crafts table), inside of the Armarkat Bed. That did it. The scent of his mat must have told him this new piece of "furniture" was his. He took to it like a duck to water and is now inside it more than he is out.The bed is soft, and roomy enough for my 12lb cat to move around and curl up. I'm soooo happy with this bed. I'm looking forward to sleeping well throughout the winter.Read More

Best Pet Beds for Your Pet
When you bring a new pet home, you'll want to give him a cozy pet bed to curl up in at the end of the day. Pet beds come in different sizes and shapes for different types and sizes of pets. Most popular for dogs and cats, pet beds give you a good way to keep your furry friend from sleeping on your furniture. It's important to choose pet supplies that meet your pet's needs. The pet bed you choose should provide support, security, and comfort for your dog or cat, so choose one that is right for your pet's sleeping habits and for his breed. The following list of pet bed types can help you find the right bed for you and your pet companion.
How to Choose a Pet Bed
Did you know that cats sleep an average of 16 hours a day and dogs are close behind! This makes choosing the right pet bed for your furry friend extremely important. With all those hours of cat (or dog) naps, you'll want them to be as comfortable as possible. Different animals have different needs, and no pet bed is a one-size-fits-all design. Here is how to find the right one for Fluffy or Fido.
How to Keep Pet Beds Fresh
They may be cute, but your furry friends can get pretty dirty and smelly without the proper care, and so can the beds they sleep in. Your pets spend a considerable amount of time snoozing away every day, and their beds take the toll. Learn how to deodorize, clean, and help prevent odor in pet beds with these easy tips. After all, a healthy pet is a happy pet.
How to Choose a Pet Bed for an Older Dog
Pamper your older dog with his own dog bed. Pet beds provide your pets with a safe, comfortable place to sleep and rest, which is especially important for older pets. Most dogs love to curl up on a soft bed -- especially if that bed happens to be yours. Climbing in and out of your high bed, however, can cause your old buddy great pain. Coax him off your bed and reward him for his years of loyalty by choosing a high-quality pet bed that will soothe his tired bones during his golden years.
Best Places in Your Home for a Dog Bed
You want to give your dog the best, and a cozy pet bed can make him feel comfortable and loved in your home. Dogs sleep in their pet beds at night as well as for naps throughout the day. Giving him a comfortable bed to relax in is only part of making him feel at home, however. Finding the right spot for your dog's bed is just as important as finding the right bed to start with. You may even need several pet beds throughout your home. Buy a dog bed for each of these places in your home to maximize your canine's comfort.
Top 5 Tips on Choosing a Pet Bed

Keeping these tips in mind while you shop can help you choose the best bed for your pet.
How to Increase Comfort in a Dog Bed

Best Dog Beds for Small Dogs
Treating your dog to the best means giving him a cozy place to curl up in at night. If you have a small dog, however, finding the right dog bed isn't always easy. Top 5 Places to Put Cat Beds
Cats sleep twice as much as humans, and kittens sleep even more. Luckily, cat beds are a great option for cat owners who want to help their kitty get the best rest possible. How to Fit Queen Beds in Small Spaces
Ideal for guest rooms or additional bedrooms, queen beds measure 60 inches wide and 80 inches long. For a couple, a queen bed provides about 30 inches of space per person. Larger and more comfortable than double or full beds, queen beds occupy less space than king beds. This makes them a great choice for bedrooms with space limitations.
