I'd rather give it away to someone with a smaller dog than return for refund. go for a size up to make up for post wash cotton shrink. too small but cute.

Had to return. Have a 14 lb dog and the medium was way too small. He always wears smalls or mediums. His harness is x-small, so no way should he be a large. But it is nothing remarkable so for the price I gave it a four star.
