My 4 Cats LOVE it
I have had this tree condo for a full year now. It is very study and my cats love the top seats. I was worried about the seat size as 2 of my cats are BIG but they fit nicely as the seats are large. They never fight over the seats and seem to rotate sleeping times. My cats are indoor/outdoor (recommend Hale pet doors which have double rubberized magnetic flaps on the inside AND outside for better insulation) and they stay inside longer just sleeping on this tree condo. Two of my cats are 10 years old and 2 are 2 years old. The older ones took awhile to get used to it but now they love it also.One thing to remember is that you have to vacuum the kitty condo just like any other piece of furniture. I put pillow cases over the top 3 seats and tie them off at the bottom and then remove them to wash them but the rest still needs to be vacuumed periodically. My 4 cats shed (2 long haired/2 short haired) and my $400 Hoover wasn't cutting it in picking up the cat hair and changing the belt was more complicated than open heart surgery. I recently purchased a Dyson DC18 and LOVE IT. The reviews are correct. The pet hair and Florida sand are GONE from the kitty condo and from my tile and rugs. I purchased a second one for my son who has 2 dogs and he loves it also.You won't regret purchasing this kitty condo as the 80" (6' 6") height is perfect. If you get a taller kitty condo and move to a normal height ceiling place your cats won't be able to use the taller seats. This height is plenty tall enough for the cats and your vacuum cleaner.

Good Buy
I wanted a large cat tree for my deprived indoor cats. It's tall enough that they have room to really climb it, which they love. They are good-sized full grown cats and it's plenty sturdy-- no worries about tipping. Platforms are large enough for them to sleep on as well. There was nothing this size in the stores, and I'd hate to know what it would have costed elsewhere...

Cat Tee
This cat tree is very nice and plush, better than it looks in the picture. It is very sturdy and my 3 cats were trying to get on it before I was even half way finished. It is heavy so you need 2 people to help put it together, but it was easy to put together.

Cats aren't amused
It's not very padded, it's just carpet over plywood do none of my 3 cats want to sleep on it, but they love to race up it and use the scratching posts. It is very stable. I only wish it was more comfortable and they wanted to sleep on it.

The boys are happy!
With four male cats in the house under the age of 2, my furniture was taking a beating. I purchased this cat condo hoping it would take the place of our sectional sofa for crazy play time. So far, this has been the case. I have had the condo for about a little over a week, and the boys love it. As others have said, the boys were all over it as it was being assembled. As for the quality, there is some wobble to the upper levels, but not enough to prevent the boys from running up and down and wrestling on the upper perches. The condo stands in front of a bay window by the kitchen so they can watch the birds and whatever else blows around the back yard and also be near us when we cook. This was a really good buy for the price and I would recommend it. We'll see how it goes in another 6 months!

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Decent quality. Upper levels wobble, but it doesn't seem to bother the cats.

Best thing I could have given my kiddies
I wanted to give my kiddies a house warming present. This kiddie condo was more than I could have hoped for. They were on it before I could get it together. It was so simple to assemble. It looks awesome in the window and my two kiddies spend most of thier time on it. It has made them both extremely happy and I highly recommend this to everyone that wants spoil thier felines. It is an excellent value for the price and it pays for itself with the enjoyment it gives to them and to me.
