Constantly goes out of sync

I am returning this product because the mouse and keyboard have to frequently be synced. I tried it for 2 weeks and am finally giving up because its unrealiable. The keyboard is loud and doesn't always work when i need to type!!! Its not worth the aggravation getting this product.
