I have bought many things on Overstock and this was the only bad experience I have had. I put it together according to the directions and it just fell over. We got it in my daughters bedroom and filled it with clothes and it stayed there for about 3 hours before it fell over and BROKE! I tried every thing to fix it and was so frustrated I just threw it away. I loved the cover, but the frame was way too cheap and flimsy!!

I just needed extra basement storage, and this does the trick. Not bad putting it together, also. You can store lots of different stuff. I ordered 2, and it was just right for me at that low price it was well worth it.

I bought this when I moved into my current apartment, which has very little closet space. I couldn't afford a real armoire at the time, so I bought this instead. After a year of using it, it toppled over, probably because of the weight of my sizable wardrobe. I would recommend this product for temporary use or for use with a minimal amount of clothing. IMPORTANT: don't store anything in the bottom of it - I stored some of my shoes at the bottom of mine and I think that's what contributed to its downfall :-/

This is so much more then one of those single rack closets!! The storage bins on the side are super functional and the unit is sturdy. Just what I was looking for.

This product has more positive purpose in a landfill or recyclery, but definitely not in your house. Buy not buying this you are saving money to put for better things tomorrow. Bought one, put only a couple of garments on it and the whole thing fell apart within a week of having clothes on it. Overstock sent me a new one since they believed it was a manufacturers flaw. But same thing happened only this time it was nearly a month later. NO!

I needed this wardrobe to hang my husbands work jackets in the basement. it is worth every penny. I put it together myself within minutes-a rubber mallet came in handy. There are pockets for shoes too-a real bonus. i loved that! This is a winner. I am thinking of reasons to get another one. Delivery was prompt, as is usual with Overstock. Get one if you need it. You will not regret it!

I bought this wardrobe to use as my 4 year old daughter's "closet" since we are tight on closet space. It's not the best quality as the rod is made of plastic (I would have preferred metal) but so far it's working out good. I like the pockets for additional storage on the sides - handy for shoes and whatever else I want to fit in them.

Beware this garment rack looks great but is junk. I bought this to put my winter suits in about 12 jackets and pants(less than 3/4 full) 4 pairs of dress shoes and some ties after the first week it was listing to the side so I scooted it next to a piece of furniture. always been wishy washy from side to side and back and forth. And to the date 1 year later it completly colapsed due to the cheap plastic base the frame attaches to at the bottom all plastic receptors and casters are cracked and broken. Guess where its made...... buy a "z" rack and forget about it!

The poor economy forced our semi-grown daughter to move back home for a while. She was happy to live in the finished basement so we ok'd the deal. However, we needed closet space QUCKLY! This Wardrobe Center was perfect: a place for hanging items, shoes -- even dirty clothes!!! It went together without any trouble, looks good, and moves easily so she can roll it out of the way when she wants friends over. She's even keeping the basement reasonably clean!

i ordered this on the 12th, got it on the 14th. assembly time was less than 30 mins. needed help only in putting the canvas cover over the metal frame. other than that, it was super easy to install. tip: read instructions carefully and make sure to tighten the rods to the base. right now, it holds jeans, slacks and summer shirts with no problems at all. the large detachable bag on the side serves as my laundry humper/bag. this portable closet instantly organized my 2 suitcases of personal stuff, including clothes, bags, shoes, and blow dryer!

I received the wardrobe within two days of placing the order. It came just as described on the internet. We had a small issue with the cover; where the zipper broke as soon as we zipped it up; rendering the cover useless. We called Overstock and it was replaced within 24 hours. You have to be careful when putting the canvas over the frame; as that is how our zipper ripped; it got pulled too far and did not have enough give. All in all; it works perfectly in my NYC apartment.

I love my wardrobe! I looked at ones like it at Target and The Container Store, but I found for the price, this storage unit was the best looking and had the most storage. It was very easy to assemble for the less-then-average-assemblers like myself. It has awesome side storage that can detach from the unit if desired. The mesh opening allows for ventilation, which is wonderful if you're planning to use this as an "out of season" or not often worn. For me, I put all my dresses, evening attire and some shoes in the wardrobe. I left my jeans, dress pants and heavier items in my modest sized closet. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend and refer them to overstock because I did find other websites selling the exact same wardrobe for more then overstock. Was exactly what I needed. Not sure how much it holds, but has lots of storage. Be careful attaching wheels, I broke one of mine, pushing it to hard. But cool item.

I ordered this for our daughter to replace a similar one that broke after three months of use. While they both cost about the same-this one is MUCH nicer. It assembled very easily and looks great. The added pockets make the perfect place for flip flops and ballet flats! It is a very well designed unit-if she had room for another one, I would buy a second one!

I purchased this closet because I do not have a closet in my bedroom due to construction. It was so EASY to put togather my 4 year old son helped. The instruction are so easy to follow and every peice has a number and letter. Wonderful!!!

We needed extra storage for coats and jackets and this was the perfect answer. We ordered 2 of the units - they were easy to assemble and are made of quality material. The units have mesh at the top which allows ventilation. We are very pleased with the purchase.

Love this closet, When it arrived in a small box I thought I only purchased the cover by accident. To my surprise the closet was exactly the way it was online but better. There were extra pockets I was not expecting.Love it. Thanks Overstock.

One thing that helped me was reviewing the comments. I was able to see where I might have problems. This unit works well for my purposes. I store all my dresses, skirts, and long pants. I do not intend to move the unit around and this doesn't cause any stress on the parts. The main thing I would suggest is to follow the directions and when it's time to put the canvass on, give yourself more room by pulling it up futher on the poles so that the top can be fitted, then pull the canvass all the way down. It is a great piece for the price.

Looks much better then most wardrobe racks that I've seen, but it broke within one week. The hanging bar couldn't hold the weight of clothes.

My daughter got this for me from Overstock over a year ago. I have no complaints about it. It does the job. It holds the clothes I have placed in it and I like the outside pockets. The cardboard for the bottom has not held up well, so I will probably replace it with something sturdier if I ever have to move it. (By the way, I would not dream of moving it when it is full. It was not designed for that.)
