  I ordered this for my private practice. I opened the box with only a few minutes free to assemble it and found pieces of the chair wrapped in a black trash bag (like you would use for your kitchen trashcan), beat up cardboard with giant holes in it, no hardware to assemble the chair, and no instructions. Just random chair pieces wrapped in a trashbag that looked like it was packaged by my 5-year-old son. What a waste. Spend a little more and buy from a reputable site.

  the screws of the chair were not threaded all the way to the top and therefore the chair was wobbly when "put together". I had to return them and I was mad because I wasted my time.

  These are great chairs I do remember (though it has been a while) that one chair seemed to be tricky to line up while assembling, but I love these chairs and so do my customers
