  Chairs were above value for price and perfect for school setting in which they were used. If the packing issue is resolved, they're a great deal. And of course OS took good care of me and got replacement parts from the manufacturer.

  I replaced several chairs in our lobby with this Boss chair. It gives the room a rich warm feel. We get compliments on them every day. They are very comforatable also.

  • How accurate was the sizing? very accurate
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The chairs are durable and wipe up clean so nicely after a spill of any kind.
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? No. I had a large order. Unfortunately, there were a couple of legs that had scratches and dings on them. I simply uses a wood marker to fill in the scratches and they look fine.
