Veterans Advantage One-year Membership

I have been a Club O member since July 2011 when I saved the $20 on my Club O membership, which is free with my Veterans Advantage membership. So far I have saved quite a bit on the Club O free shipping and with the 5% back--total of about $200 so far. The Veterans Advantage Card also saves me 15% on my monthly Verizon Wireless phone bill and data charges. You just go to the Verizon store with your card and they will start applying the 15% discount to your bill. I expect I will save at least $125 this year with this discount but maybe more. I just got a new 4G iPhone and also got a phone cover, -`extra charger etc all for 25% off also with my card at the Verizon store, so more savings there. Also, Apple takes the Veterans Advantage Card in their stores-- just bought a new Apple laptop yesterday and saved about $250 on the MacBook Pro and Apple Care. The Apple salesperson told me that the Veterans Advantage discount (which is a government deal) is better savings than Apple has for its corporate customers. Right now I now on Amtrak using their wireless to write this review and I saved 15% with my Veterans Advantage membership, which will be about $50 round trip. You need to make your reservation 3-days in advance, but there is no penalty if you cancel and don't go. So the Veterans Advantage membership card has saved me a lot and already paid for itself many times over! I also like having the free $55,000 travel insurance and accident coverage, which Veterans Advantage has, which I feel is very valuable if you travel at all. You don't pay anything extra for that or when they add new deals. For instance, United Airlines in its merger with Continental is now offering 5% off their flights for Veterans Advantage members. I will definitely be using that deal to save on my travel. I also have started getting the Wendy deals. Very easy to use your card and get your discounts--there are a lot of other deals too that I have gotten in the past, like at Footlocker Stores (20% off). If you or anyone in your family is a military veteran or are serving the country now, you should get this card.
