Had done research on these chairs and it is everything it is suppose to be. Removed it from the shipping box and was surprised that the base with the castors was already assembled. Holding up well so far!!! Impressed.

It is exactly as described and really easy to assemble. Not fancy, but nice looking. Rolls well (I only weigh 110 lbs) for me. The back is very comfortable and provides good back support, seat is not overly cushy, but comfortable. I use it fairly high (24") and the footrest is a necessity for me. I would recommend.

I have 2 of these, one I use in the office and one at home. Very sturdy.

The bottom was put together, so assembly was super easy. This is a big chair....deep. So far, so good. It certainly feels sturdy. Good quality.

I really love it. I created a 10 foot desk with two drafting tables and this was just exactly what I needed. It's really high quality. They gray is nice and light, not old drab gray you see in corporate America. And, man oh man, it IS really comfortable. All day comfortable.

This was purchased for my husband and he loves it. Very sturdy and able to take his substantial weight. Would buy again.

I bought this because I weigh about 220 lbs, and I wanted to make sure I got something I'd feel secure on. What I didn't count on was that this seems to be designed for someone much taller than me, as well as for heavier folks. I'm almost 5 foot 8 inches tall, which is taller than the average woman. Yet even on the lowest height adjustment my feet won't sit flat on the ground. I find myself resting my feet on the chair legs in order to take the pressure off the backs of my thighs. I may have to find a footstool to keep under my desk. It wasn't difficult to figure out how to set the chair up, but attaching the back to the seat was definitely a two person job. You have to squeeze the padded parts together in order to match up the holes where the bolts have to go.

The chair is solidly constructed, but does not go down very far. That is a problem. It fits perfectly under my desk, but height adjustment is a problem if your legs are short or the desk a bit lower. The height adjusts fine when going up, not so much when going down. The holes do not line up well when attaching the back to the seat of the chair. Either the cushions of back and seat are too full or the holes were drilled prior to adding the padding. Whatever the reason, the back can still be attached by lining up the foremost holes on the back with the rear holes on the seat. That doesn't change the stability of the chair, but does mean the connections were badly planned. Still, the chair does work mostly and is comfortable, but would be perfect if not for these issues.
