    Service was fantastic and delivery was quick, however, instructions are in very poor, convoluted English, which makes it almost impossible to understand. If you can decipher the directions correctly, it is still impossible to get the safe to open correctly. If you return the item, shipping will cost almost as much as the original item, leaving you with a less than perfect, inoperable metal paperweight.

    I thought this would be a keypad lock/unlock safe. Well it is not. You have to use two different type of keys. It was difficult to install because the useless screws and wall locks. Other than that the safe is good.
