Terrible
I received the first shipment to which only the color cartridges were intact the black cartridges had exploded during shipment, overstock sent out another set of the cartridges, (took an extremely long time as they have to send information to a warehouse to have an item resent that was defective) I ended up having to call back after waiting two weeks and not hearing back and the phone rep was very nice and express shipped me a new set. I placed them into my printer and to my dismay they empty. So my experience by genuine Lexmark cartridges if you own a Lexmark.
