  • Pefect, light weight sidewalk sign

    Apr 12, 2014

    bamamuff1  from Hoover AL, Rating:5.0

If you need a lightweight, but authentic looking sidewalk sign, this is it. It displays on both sides and you can write on both sides with colored chalk or display a poster. Great for events or small stores.

We are using these in our design studio as little tabletop wifi instructions. They are a good, weighty metal. A lot nicer than I expected for the price. It comes with a flexible piece of transparency to slide in front of the card or signage you stick in the frame, which looks fine despite it not being a more durable material like glass.

  • No Plexiglass--Just the Metal Frame

    Jan 5, 2013

    iclights  from Iowa City, Rating:4.0

I bought this for a business site. I needed to make some modifications for use, including purchasing two plexiglass pieces for the sign-holder portion, so I could put poster in between them and slide it into the slot at the top. If your poster is on cardboard backing, it will work, but plexiglass/plastic looks nicer. I also put six round felt pads on the bottom of the stand where it touches the floor, as the metal seemed a little rough at spots and I was afraid it would scratch the floor. It is very light-weight and would not hold up to a gust of wind if placed outside, but does fine in my indoor location.
