Its a medium size shredder. You can fit ten sheets of paper in it at a time. You can't put staples thru it. You should not run it for more than 2 minutes or it overheats. I bought this because at tax time I have things to shred. I had some "O" points and it was on sale, so I thought I got a good deal on the price. It shreds things good so bad people can't get at your information. I hope it lasts a few decades.

This shredder works better than one's I've previously used. For home use, it's great! It does heat up after a few minutes of continuous use, but the directions clearly state that, so I've been careful to let it cool after a few minutes of such use. So far, so good! I like that it has a handle for emptying the can. I've successfully used all three parts (credit card, disc and paper shredders) with ease. It even accepts standard staples! Very pleased with this product.

It's a little noisy but it's easy to put together and does its job, looks nice too

We had a large stack of files needing to be shredded. Our old shredder could only handle a couple pages at a time and died after a month of working on the pile for over a month and hardly made a dent in the pile. This one arrived the day after we ordered it and we had the entire stack was shredded in a day. And the shredding was much better. The price was excellent
