I bought three of these pens: fine point black, medium point black, medium point silver.First about the pens weight and appearance. The weight is comfortable, very well balanced and the area where you grab the pen (from the silver divider to the nib) has a comfortable gel like surface - preventing slippage for all models.You also receive both a small box of cartridges along with an ink well converter, which was a nice bonus.The fine point can skip from time to time - but for those using a fountain pen for the first time - it might be the best way to go since writing wise it is closest to a roller ball pen.The medium point I personally prefer because it smoothes the handwriting out a bit, however you have to adjust your writing to allow for the additional ink.I purchased the blank fine point pen and wound up giving it to my 11yr old son - who loves it and uses it in school.The black medium point pen I purchased for myself and use at work. When I thought I might have lost my black one - I was distraught enough to by a replacement one in the silver color. Fortunately I found my black one - but enjoy these pens so much I decided to keep the silver one as well.None of them have ever leaked and they only stopped writing when strangely enough I had run out of ink. There is no window to see the level of the ink in the pen unless you unscrew it.Overall this is a great value for a fountain pen without having to spend a few hundred dollars or settling for a

Pen arrived in nice package but was not secure inside box. Pen and supply of ink 'bounced around' during shipment, without apparent damage. Product package should secure pen.NO USER'S Guide was provided with the Pen! A search of the Internet finally revealed a site where instructions were available. The cartridges and filling device actually 'snap' into place but without collaborating instructions I did not want to take a chance on damaging the pen. Pen should come with a User's Manual / Instruction Sheet. Fine nib works well, but on 'recycled' paper ink will bleed, the degree of bleeding depending on the quality of the paper. Fountain Pen adds nice, professional touch to signature on personal or business correspondence!

This is a great pen. I have pens that cost 5 times the price of this one and do not write as well.One of if not the smoothest writing pens I have ever used. If you want a real enjoyable pen to use this is the one.Keep in mind that this is a fountain pen just put the tip on the paper and let the pen do the work no hard pushing required.Can't say enough good stuff about this pen. I would recommend this product to a friend

This pen is a pleasure. The comfort grip makes for easy writing and the tip is smooth. Ink, of which there is a good supply provided, flows well with no noticeable flaws. The fine point is easy to write with and I would find anything wider to be difficult to manage in a notebook size print. Of course, the price offered here make this an excellent value and I would recommend to anyone that they are buying a great pen at a great price.

I am an avid lover of fountain pens so when I saw this item I could not pass it up. It's a beautiful pen and the fine pointed tip writes immaculately. I was pleasantly surprised that the package also included a box of ink cartridges. My only regret about the purchase is that I did not buy two.

This product is exactly what was described on the website. I am very happy with it so far. The ankle flows smoothly and does not skip. The only complaint I have is that the grip should be a little lower. I would strongly recommend ordering from overstock.com. My order arrived on time and without damages.

I was very happy to receive this pen as it was a gift for a friend. But then when I opened it, it looked like someone used the pen, and put it back in the box. The pen was not in its original wrapping, and it looks like it had been used. I opened up the pen to insert the ink, and the ink holder was all sticky. I am not sure if Overstock sells used items, but if it does, I think they should list in their page. Overall, upset, and would not purchase another pen from Overstock.

Extremely comfortable, padded grip and a nicely balanced pen. It doesn't put clumps or blots on the page. My only hesitation about this was the availability of refill cartridges. Over all, it is a wonderful writing instrument. Simple and classic lines, so it is aesthetically appealing. I do a lot of writing and have problems with carpal tunnel that are exacerbated by slim barrel pens. Up until now, the only pen I could use comfortably was the Dr. Grip. However, this pen has a wide and comfortable barrel that makes gripping it easy. It offers a fine, smooth, clean writing line and doesn't require a lot of pressure, so it is easy on my wrist. I use it at the office when formally executing documents and I'm considering getting another as I like this so much.

I've bought a couple of these in the past and they've been wonderful. I highly recommend them, just try to make sure you don't pick too thick of an ink to fill it with. I was using one of Noodler Inks' water and acid proof inks in another one of these I had purchased, and let it dry out. That caused a few problems. I also let too many people borrow the pen and instead of screwing it closed they would just push it closed, which wore out the threads. The cap doesn't perch very snugly either. While all of those caveats sound bad, it's actually one of the nicest writing pens I've gotten, and it's at a bargain price nowadays. The warranty is also still honored by the Sanford company which owns the brand now, and they replaced one of these that had messed up for me with no problems, with a pen equivalent to it's new original cost of $140. But I love the plasmium grip and the fineness of the nib, and had to get another one of them. Take care of your purchase and you won't regret one of these. Though just try not to use a really persistent ink type.

This is my second Sensa fountain pen. This nib took a while to open up and let the ink flow but once started it has been fine. I love Sensa's fountain pens.

I got this fountain pen for my boyfriend and he loves it. It has a wonderfully fine point! and writes very well.

It was actually a gift for someone else so I myself have not written with it, but I am told it does a pretty good job and it was certainly the most inexpensive one I could find in the market. Overall, a pretty good buy for your buck. I like the look and feel of it as well. It is a well balanced pen.
