awful product
I purchased this compatible toner cartridge for my sumsung ML3050 laser printer. It seems to fit into the printer properly, but leaves black streaks and blank white lines on every sheet I've printed. I used the troubleshooting guide that came with my printer and it suggested that the black streaks may be caused by scratches on the toner drum. It suggested that the white streaks may be fixed by adjusting the image settings, which I did. There are still black and white streaks. I used the cleaner setting (also suggested by the troubleshooting guide) and I still have black and white streaks. Also, the cartridge makes thumping noises when printing (?) I'm completely dissatisfied with my purchase. This is my first purchase on Overstock and it's left a bad impression.
