The cartridge works great. No complaints there at all. Put it in, printed a test page, and it worked well. I have printed several other things and they all look great. For the price, I am not sure it can be beat. The shipping was cheap, and got here when I expected it to be here. Since you can only refill these things 3 times, I had to get a new one, but I will be back when I need another one.

Cartridge is functioning as advertised. Good price. Product arrived in a timely manner.

The toner did not fit my Samsung ML1710 printer. It could not slot properly into its place. The left side fitted nicely, but the right side of the toner could not go in all the way. As a result, I could not close the toner door. It is disappointing to have a supposedly compatible item not fitting the description. I've changed toners many times before, on many different printers, so it's not like I'm a novice. Too bad! Now I have to deal with returning the product.
