the most uncomfortable office chair ever
This is a well made chair but the seat is rock hard. It is not the squishy gel material (or comfortable) like you'd surmise from the product title. It was apparent that it was not the chair we wanted but tried to like it (the shipping return fee is $49!!). It was unbearable after only 20 mins. We knew we had to send it back. We could not disassemble it so UPS has to charge us an additional $33 to pack it a different way. What a waste of money this chair was. If you are looking for a COMFORTABLE office chair this is not it. I will never buy chairs online again. It's something you have to buy in person. I do want to say however that the chair seems well made--good qaulity etc. And the folks at Overstock are terrific with customer care and helping with the returns etc.
