I am so disappointed in the product and how a damaged item was handled. I will no longer purchase from Overstock and felt this was the only avenue I had to let corporate know. Not only have I paid for this poor quality item--which arrived damaged----the shipper paid as well- but it was clear that a damaged item was packed in the carton as the carton had no damage at all--not bad paid twice for one item--disappointed to say the least. I just don't want to be a part of this matter any longer so I will accept the damaged item and forget it--this is not an inappropriate review--just an honest one. Thank you--

This trash can is perfect for small spaces (although it doesn't hold a very large volume as a result). We use it in our office kitchen near the sink to scrape food into, and everyone has commented on how much they like the quiet, automatic slow-release function of the foot pedal - no slamming lid! The pedal is a bit small, and I was worried those with bigger feet (including myself) would have an issue, but it doesn't seem to be a problem; I just use my toe. Nice sleek, modern design too.
