I was looking for a quality laminator at a good price and I found it in this one. I took a chance because I was not familiar with this brand and I was not disappointed. I have only had it for a few weeks so time will tell how it hold up, but so far I have used it to laminate many projects and been pleased with the result. I am not used to having to put what I want laminated in the sheet and then on a piece of cardboard (comes with the laminator) to run it throughy the machine. Plus you do need to insert it farther in the laminator before the machine starts to automatically feed it the rest of the way. At first I thought I might break it when I shoved it in so far but then I realized you are supposed to feed it in til it catches. All in all, a good machine.

The corner of the machine was broken when I received it. And overstock said it could not be returned. The machine looked like it was made in the 60's and required that a coversheet still be used to laminate. It's heavy and bulky. Don't buy it.

This laminator seems easy to use, and appears to laminate fine with the included pouches. However, I bought it mostly to use as a foil fuser, as they advertise it does - I have had no luck getting it to work with laser foils - they wrinkle up and don't adhere uniformly. It helps a little to run your document through twice, but the foil results are still very spotty and inconsistent. I would NOT recommend as a foil fuser, I don't really think this machine gets hot enough.
