Had some initial problems getting the auto sensor to work properly; called the mfg and they said to clean it with a q-tip. Now works perfectly and can chew up everything I've thrown at it (large packets w/ staples, credit cards, etc). This thing is a machine! The best part about it is the size it shreds. It doesn't just "stripe" the paper, it literally shreds it in to tiny little squares.

nice paper shredder for home use i feel the motor could have more power then what it has. put 3 pieces of reg paper in it and felt the motor working hard. the basket to catch the paper i feel is a bit to small and fills up way to fast changing it very often!

I don't know what I need to say. I think that my response on the overstock request to write a review means that I like this product. I got the shredder very fast and I enjoyed it for 2 weeks. I think, for 2 weeks. I am really happy to have the shredder in my office as I hate bureaucracy!

My office needed this new Royal SC120 shredder, as we had an entire (kitchen) sized trash bin filled with paper ready to shred. It took the job well. Performed just as promised--even crosscut the credit cards we put through it--one at a time, of course. There are no quirks to report, it is SIMPLY A GREAT MACHINE!!!
