RE: the product, no problem. One thing I did have a problem with was that the initial delivery contained not a postal scale but an indoor television antenna. Recommend more oversight re: packaging department. This caused me some consternation as I was in need of mailing a bit of mail.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I had an earlier model that lasted for several years. Hopefully this one will as well.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? So far, so good! I have only had it for a couple of weeks.
