  once opened the black leaked all over the place. once the color one was place in the printer it broke my printer so the rest of the cartridges are useless

  Delivery of the cartridge by Overstock was slow. I could have had it from Canon much faster. I was without a copier too long. Something was obviously wrong with this recycled cartridge (see comments on print quality and cartridge performance). I was displeased with my overall experience with Overstocl.com. It was my first time ordering from Overstock.

  • How accurate was the sizing? It fit in my copier OK
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Print outs had bands of very light inking. Cartridge made repetitive dull clicking noises, like something turning and hanging up.
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Possibly, see comments on quality of product. Ink did not seem to be dispersed evenly, even after rotating cartridge.

  Ordered one set of ink cartridges, color was not recognized by the printer, overstock was honorable enough to send a new set, unfortunately the same problem arose with the color. Was issued a full refund.
