  I ordered a couple of HP92 black ink remanufactured cartridges. When I installed the first one, an indicator light came on, telling me to "check ink cartridge". When I did, I found black ink all over the inside of the cartridge compartment. Obviously, the cartridge was defective. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning up the leaked ink, and would not order from Overstock again, due to their return policy.

  I ordered, and expected to receive, a remanufactured color ink cartridge as a replacement for the HP93 color ink cartridge for my HP PhotoSmart Printer. What I got was something that only prints out in one color: BLUE. That's not what I call an accurate replacement cartridge, even though it was a good price. I am quite displeased with it, as well as the Overstock.com return policy that excludes printer ink cartridges. I will not order again.

  An excessive amount of ink pours out when a cartridge is opened according to the directions. This has happened with all of the cartridges so far. One black cartridge leaked so much there was no ink left for printing. We end up with ink on the floor, our hands, and sometimes on clothing. When we finally get a cartridge installed it does print ok with the remaining ink.

  Don't even match what I ordered. Goes into my printer but ink is not fed into the printer.

  • How accurate was the sizing? Got h-88 but orderd H 88 XL ink port was compromised
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Poor wasn't even close to what showed in photo
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? No the ink port was compromised and looks as if it was scraped
