  I bought this for a friend as a present as he was looking for a small postal scale. For that cost, it is cheap and I am sure it will work!!

  This scale seems to work very well, and I really like the battery-saving features such as the LCD turning off when you don't have an item on the scale and the 1-minute automatic shutoff. My only complaint is that it is SMALL. This is *entirely* my fault, I should have read the dimensions more carefully (and it IS called a "pocket scale,") not a reflection of the product and therefore not letting that affect the 5-star rating. I just want people to be aware in case they make my same mistake. I bought this for weighing knitting items, yarn balls, etc., and it is challenging to get an accurate reading simply because of the small size of the salver. I did test out the scale using multiple pre-measured items that fit well on it and got consistently accurate readings and even the readings for the items I'm having trouble with are *fairly* close, but I know not 100% accurate because of their oversize. I have no trouble at all reading the display and rather like the blue backlighting. O...
