I had high hopes that this would match a basket in my bathroom. the color was right on but the "faux" leather trim was more like textured brown masking tape. It was already peeling were it was overlayed. Not worth any price. Poor quality, tiny, and slightli misshapen It bothers me that I actually have to pay to return an item that should never been sold in the first place.

So I spent $20 on this trashcan, huh? I have to say it looks pretty designer in the powder room. Nice little trashcan. Suede looking makes it look expensiver.

The dimensions in the description are very misleading. They claim that it's 8.5 in D or W (which since it's round you'd assume diameter of the base of the wastebasket).The real dimensions are: the base of wastebasket diameter is 6", the height is correct at 11" but you might want to compare that to a regular sized wastebasket and see how much shorter that would make it. The top of the wastebasket's diameter is 8.25"This wastebasket is really small I was surprised, but it REALLY matches my living room so well (which is beige microfiber and dark brown leather), so I will keep it anyways. I do believe though that if I had seen it at a store I may have felt that it's not worth the price since it's so small.Overall though, it seems very sturdy, it's a BEAUTIFUL wastebasket, and I would recommend as long as you know that it's really small.
