We've got three of these lifters which we are using in combination with the AWH-55 wireless headsets on an Avaya Definity G3SI phone system. No more stiff necks, hurray! Setup is easy. Service from Overstock.com is terrific. Wish this equipment didn't cost so much, but it's much cheaper from Overstock.com than other sources.
