I Have a Ph.D. and found it difficult to set up. The caller ID feature didn't work, just blinked "incomming call".

No problems. I needed a simple plug in phone and this works fine.

Good size, weight and color! A bit challenging to program, so I got help. I definitely would buy another one and recommend this phone.

I bought this phone for use in my basement, and it serves the purpose well. I have set the ring loud enough to be heard over my washer and dryer.

I purchased this phone in November. Has great sound quality and all features work. A great phone if you are looking for a corded phone works even in power outages.
