  The table looks great in my study. However I wish I got the one without the grommet. I had wanted to use the usb charging ports to charge my cell phones, but the current it supplies is too weak. It says 1A max, however it is not enough to charge a Nexus 4 smart phone.

  My husband's office was doing a complete renovation and we were shopping for a medium priced conference table. This is not a swanky wood one, but it also does not have a $6,000 price tag! We purchased the mahogany and it is a dark burgundy color. It is of course a laminate table, so that may not appeal to someone who wants to "wow" their clients. But we needed a large and practical table to use in our "working" conference room - not a "show horse" in a board room. I did my homework and can say that this is a GREAT VALUE! We purchased the 16' table which comes with two of the data ports. Each port has 2, 3-prong outlets, 2 USB charger slots, 2 USB data slots and ethernet slots. The best and most complete grommet package I had found!! It sure cleans up the table top when everyone has laptops and gadgets they want to plug in!!   This table is well-made and very attractive. It can be used in different settings. Because of its convenient size, it could be used to play games and cards, or hold side dishes for a buffet, or items in a sale, or a portion of a project. Since it looks so nice as it is, I would only use a table cloth to protect its beauty or perhaps to fit into a decorative decor. It would be nice to have handy for the holidays, when you have extra people over, or for an extra job at work. It's sturdy and stores nicely into a 3-inch wide space. I got two of them, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I'm very happy I did.
