    • Wonderful chair

      I would recommend this chair to anyone. I have had both of my hips replaced and a recent lower back surgery and I spend all day in this chair in complete and total comfort. Excellent workmanship and materials.

    • FABULOUS CHAIR

      I ordered the chair on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. I assembled it in 15 minutes and hate to get up. As a 5'8" woman who sits at her desk all day, this is one of the most if not the most comfortable chair I've ever purchased! I have had plenty of "executive/leather" chairs but the bounce, air flow, wide seats and back, etc. is FABULOUS! Well worth the money and absolutely and excellent choice for anyone! Thank you Overstock for doing it again with an amazing product!

    • Perfect! This chair has everything.

      The first chair I bought to use with my solid wood roll-top computer desk was puchased with the desk from a high-end furniture store, over 25 years ago, at the time I got my first computer. I'm still using the same desk, and that first chair served me well for almost 20 years. Since then, this is my 4th chair. None of the first 3 replacements was the least bit satisfactory. This new chair, though, is a keeper! It's super comfortable,, and if I had found it five years ago, I would have saved myself a lot of back and leg pain.

      • How accurate was the sizing? Just as described, and adjustments from person to person are quick & easy, so that the headrest, armrests, seat height, & lumbar support can be made ideal for my 6'3" son or my 5'6" niece without tools or rereading instructions.
      • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Seems excellent. I'll know more after extended use.
      • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Absolutely. All the parts were there, the instructions were easy to follow ~ just 5 simple steps ~ and no tools were needed other than the included allen wrench. I had a little struggle getting the casters to snap into the base, and so used a rubber hammer to finish the job. This is because I assembled the (48 lbs. -- heavy!) chair on my own, and am a woman in my 60s with not much strength left in my hands and wrists.

    • Not so good

      I bought this chair one year ago, largely swayed by the excellent reviews, for my trading room. I was initially pleased by the purchase since it looked like a decent chair, and it's comfortable to sit in. However, less than one year from the purchase both armrests and the seat started to crack, and it seems very hard to find replacement. Basically, you get what you paid for.

    • Office Star Professional Top Grain Leather Chair.

      I was reluctant to order the chair at first, as I have found that assembling items that I have purchased is often very difficult, and the results are not as expected. Not so with this chair. The assembly was quite easy. The only tool required was an Allen wrench, which was supplied in the package. The screws and wrench came in a package, and each set of screws was clearly labeled. The directions were easy to follow. The chair is very comfortable, and the seat is wide. The arm rests are comfortably molded, and the casters allow the chair to move easily around the floor. The only criticism that I have is that the head res feels as if it is a little too far forward. It can be tilted and moved up and down, but cannot be moved further back. Other than that, the chair is great. It makes working at my desk a much more pleasant experience.

      I was able to assemble this in 20 minutes which gives this a 5 star review alone but the quality is great too. Very comfortable, like the ammount of tilt and that you can lock, lumbar support is good too. Worth every penny., especially if you are a larger person who finds that *** chairs dont fit your frame!

      • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality is pretty good, only part that feels a little cheap are the handrests but not a big deal.

    • Great Chair

      My job has allowed me to work from home 100%. I knew I needed a chair that could support my posture/lower back up to 10 hours a day. I have had the chair now for 3 weeks and I feel great. The quality, craftsmanship and design is well worth it. I will recommend this chair to anyone. The price is unbeatable and you are actually saving a lot w/ this purchase. Great Deal, Great Chair.     • Solid office chair

      This is a very good office chair. Not quite as comfortable as the $1000 chairs I've seen, but well worth the $xxx. It takes a little getting used to in the lumbar area, almost like you're constantly doing a low back extension exercise, but I think this is because my posture has been so bad for so long. Seems to be getting more tolerable after a week or so. It's highly adjustable and very comfortable, easy to put together. The look is very clean and simple. Would purchase again.
