Chairs are good choice for my office setting. While there are no tools needed to assemble them, aligning the various parts can be a bit tricky. Color of oak is a bit more of an orange tone than the picture showed. The finish is nice but can be easily scratched as I found out. Be careful during assembly and get someone to help. Once assembled a decent chair that has been noticed by clients in my small office.

Do not waste your money on this product. The chair must be assembled. The assembly was extremely difficult if not impossible. I contacted Office Star directly about the product because my husband and I were convinced we had received a defective product. I purchased two (2) chairs for my office and my husband and I could not get them assembled. After much frustration with trying to assemble these chairs per Office Star's directions, my husband finally had to move some of the hardware to make the product fit together. This is a very poor choice for office chairs. I strongly recommend against purchasing this product.

This product was assembled in less than 5 minutes and I didn't even need any tools. The chairs are exactly the finishing touch my office needed. Anyone looking for office chairs should consider this item a first choice!

Having just become a licensed acupuncturist finding these chairs on Overstock was a real coup. The waiting room in my office is warm and welcoming and very professional looking. A plus is that the chairs not only look good but are comfortable also. In my search for waiting room furniture I saw similar chairs at a much higher price. My husband had no difficulty putting them together either.
