Chair arrived in a reasonable time, very easy to put together with two persons. No defects. For the price, I think the leather can be of higher quality, and also the tolerence of the gas strut mount can be tighter, as is, the mount is only a loose fit, resulting in some wobble. The chair can also use thicker and denser padding for the seat bottom Otherwise, the chir looks and feel comfortable. A good choice for XXXL sized people. I had purchased 8 different office chairs from O in the past two years, I even bought one Herman Miller chair locally but none is really perfect for me. This chair, with an additional seat cushion, this is the best chair so far.

my.......what a big chair. was way too big for me. this would make a nice comfortable chair for someone who weighs 300 lbs and is 6ft tall or taller. gave chair away to a friend.

This extra sturdy, plush and attractive executive chair is a good bargain at $$$. Good quality leather, very comfortable to sit in and use, easily adjustable and very attractive. I just received and assembled this chair -- easy to assemble out of the box, all tools and parts included, excellent assembly instructions. It looks and feels like it will last forever. Hopefully it actually wears as good as it's first impression.
