This is a very good knee chair and forces me keep a good posture whilst working in the office. As a result I don't have lower back pain like I used to! The only issue I have with this one is the squeaking sound it makes when I change my position.
I'm almost 5'2. Had a few car accidents. It's very difficult to sit in any chair for any length of time. I guess as I'm vertically challenged my feet don't touch the floor and that puts a strain on my body as I sit. Found this as a good alternative.
I chose this chair because I like the aesthetics of the curved frame elements as opposed to the common straight parts on others. The fabric is wonderful and the foam is good too. I was skeptical of the height adjustment, but it turns out that the screw is very high quality and adjusts with ease. I saw a review elsewhere that when you raise the height, the caster wheel angle is wrong and the wheels won't "caster" properly. This is indeed true and is a real problem on a hard floor. However, on carpet, as I have it, they caster and track with no problem. I think it has to do with adequate rolling friction to swing the casters around even if the angle of the caster axis is off a little. The only con is that it would be nice if the seat angle of slope was adjustable independent of the height ( lower=less slope, higher=more slope).
