Sturdy Big Man's Chair
Had one of these at my last place of work that I used for several years. Finally broke down and ordered one for myself at home.

Almost great
This is a SOLID well made hunk of furniture. Firm support with a lot of adjustability. Over all I am VERY HAPPY with it and i WOULD recommend it for other 300lb people... now we come the BUT's Compared to the average 'Executive chair' the back is short and the lowest seat height is high. If I was going to describe it in an add I would call it 'As close to an 'executive chair' as you can find in a task chair.' My only other quibble would be the circumference of the base, it's isn't proportional and makes is slightly unstable when you roll on carpet. Compared to the chair it replaced each 'leg' for the base is 3-4 inches shorter.
