  This chair looks good online, but has two problems. First, it lacks a spring column - nice to have but not critical. Second, and much more importantly, after 30 days the seat cushion padding began to slide to the sides. After 60 days there was no padding at all! I'm not sure what they used, but whatever it was totally failed. The chair is now extremely uncomfortable. And because of the sewing there's no easy way to get in and repair it. But a chair should last more than two months!

  Anyone looking to purchase a higher quality office chair will be pleased with this product. The seat is a soft leather, easy to clean and I find it most comfortable, especially when working for long periods of time. The color is what attracted me as you don't often see office chairs in a taupe color. I highly recommend this product.

  I ordered this for my private practice. I opened the box with only a few minutes free to assemble it and found pieces of the chair wrapped in a black trash bag (like you would use for your kitchen trashcan), beat up cardboard with giant holes in it, no hardware to assemble the chair, and no instructions. Just random chair pieces wrapped in a trashbag that looked like it was packaged by my 5-year-old son. What a waste. Spend a little more and buy from a reputable site.

  The ottoman is just as I expected. It is true to the description and picture. I am using the ottoman to store my grand daughters toys and books. She is 2 and 1/2 and goes to it as soon as she gets here. The lid moves up easily and stays up safely, That was of most concern to me. She calls it her Nana toy box. I wanted it to blend it with my brown and white decor.
