Horrific. Avoid at all costs.
We ordered 10 of these. We immediately returned all 10. I am not one to exaggerate. These are unsuitable for use as chairs by anyone in any setting. From the moment they were assembled, they all listed to one side or another. The piston base has so much play in it that the chair would wobble from side to side by a lot. We assembled four of them and they were all the same. We felt as though we were going to fall out of them. On top of it all, the chrome on the arms was pitted and chipped in many places. Please don't make our mistake. Avoid this product at all costs.

Modern Chair
I was hesitant as I'm the one who spend the most time in the chair but my wife liked the look. I'm happy to say it is comfortable and I'm enjoying the chair. The chair was very easy to assemble and I had it in use in no time. However, it does lists to the left just a little - not sure if it was damage in shipping or just a defect. Overall we're happy with the chair.

The chair looks great however after 2 days, the chair became very unstable and unsafe to sit in. O.co handled the return efficiently and promptly. I love the replacement chair the representative at O recommended.
