There is know way to this is 24 inches wide and 18 inches deep. This is looks 18 inches wide and 24 inches deep.

Answer This Question
The item is 18" wide if you are pushing the cart with the handle. However, if you are looking at it from the angle shown in the picture it would be 24".
The correct dimensions if you are standing at the handle are 39 inches high x 18 inches wide x 24 inches deep.
