Damaged item. No replacement available.
I was going to buy this product on amazon but read several reviews from folks who received damaged boards and never received their stands for the board. I decided to order from overstock because only one person had received a damaged board out of the 4 reviews posted at the time. I just received my order and the board is damaged with a large ripple on both sides. I called overstock immediately because they have great service and I knew that they would rectify the situation. Unfortunately, they are out of stock on this item so I won't be getting my new whiteboard (sigh...bummed). Overstock is going to arrange for the return and will refund my money but I'm still without a whiteboard for school this year. Incidentally, I didn't receive the stand for the whiteboard (this was a common problem when reading the reviews on amazon). This product is being shipped directly from the manufacturer and they obviously aren't protecting their product well enough in shipping. There is not enough packaging material in the box to protect the whiteboard. I still love shopping with overstock because they make returns very easy if your product is damaged. Still, I would love them even more if my item had arrived without incident. Thank you anyways overstock. Hopefull, better luck next time.
