the tables didnt adjust as low as I thought they would there for I had to buy new chairs for the children to set on.

These are really great tables. I use them in my studio where it's essential to have adjustable height tables. It's a bit tricky adjusting the heights, you need strong fingers to keep the pins pushed in while moving the table up or down. Other than that, the tables are perfect.
