it's a good product, I was a little scared at first to order it because the regular price for my printer's cartridges are expensive but I tried and I don't regret it. The prints are the same quality as the regular cartridges and I paid only a portion of the price. Thank you for carrying such a good item.

Ink cartridges took more than two weeks to arrive. Black cartridge prints poorly and does not respond to cleaning. Barely able to align for average quality printing. Given that this is a high-capacity cartridge, I'll have to live with it for quite some time, unless it craps out. Decent price doesn't make it worth it, either. So, let's see....poor delivery, lousy quality, decent price. Hmmm, don't think I'll be back or recommending this to anyone...

Neither cartridge worked on arrival but was shipped promptly from the company.

ink cartridge was leaking out of packing, as well as out of shipping container. Cannot install into my printer.

I purchased 2 cartridges and neither onewould work my almost empty cartridge showed more ink on the page that these cartridges.

If you are like me then you believe that the prices of replacement printer cartridges are freakin' outrageous. I found these and decided to try them. I'm very happy to say that these refurbished cartridges work just as well as new ones, and are half the cost. I highly recommend these catridges. Shipping was quick. Way to go Overstock!
