I will never purchase this again I have too much trouble. I must buy the original in order for it to work in my pinter. I am sorry that this has happened.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Very poor, does not work well with my machine.
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Colors are not true. Black and white not true to color.

I received my order within the specified time. After shopping for ink cartridges in the retail stores I found it was less expensive to order it through Overstock.com.

This cartridge worked for 1 day then the printer said it was wrong cartridge

Received item quickly and was exactly as described. Much cheaper than purchasing in retail store.

The price was great and the delivery was great. I installed the cartridge, but the printer did not recognize that a new cartridge was installed. When I printed the first copy it came out light green and the following copies have continuned to come out green. A good price but not good copies.
