I ordered two pads, one was slightly warped, since it was easier to try to straighten it myself than to return it I did that. The pillow on th pad is very stiff and really doesn't do much in the way of cushioning your wrist.

I purchased this item in conjunction with other things for my home office. I have an optical mouse, and it will not work on this mousepad. I can use my mouse on nearly any surface, except this mousepad. I like the look of it, and it is truly well made. I would recommend it for anyone who does not use an optical mouse.

Would NOT recommend this product. The leather is too smooth - the mouse glides over it, but the cursor does not moves. It seems like there is no grip. The pillow is comfortable for your wrist, but I cannot use the pad.

This mouse pad is not by any means a comfort to your wrist. The pad is too hard and actually hurts more than it helps. I had bought it for my father as a Christmas present and when I used it I had to turn it upside down and not use the wrist pad part at all. I felt bad for my dad and I hope it does not cause him any pain.
I was embarrassed and didn't even ask him if it hurt in fear that it did.

My only complaint is that the wrist pillow is a little small. Other than that, this is a very nice item, and a perfect gift for that male computer geek you can never pick a proper gift for.

Wonderful idea, excellent execution, but it would not work with any of the mice in the house because none of them have traction balls! All of our mice use some kind of optical tracking system, and the glossy monotone surface of this pad will not register.

I find that my mouse does not pick up the signal very well when using this mousepad as opposed to a rubber one. It seems to slip and stall. I think there should be a filler under the leather.
