I bought this desk as a gift for my mother. She likes the compact size and the ease of use. It is very portable and folds flat.. It also can be positioned at different angles.

My husband has had this laptop desk and I was coveting it! So, I searched the internet to find one for me and was delighted to find it on Overstock! This laptop desk has been used to elevate the back of his laptop, and we especially like the various choices of height of the angle. I don't remember exactly how long he has had this laptop desk, but I know it has been some years. It is in "like new" condition after all this time. The "channels" in the desktop help with airflow for the laptop, which is essential. it has been mainly used on a laptop table to elevate his laptop and keep it cool.

It needs to be more comfortable on your lap.. The mouse pad wasn't condusive to use.

The Lapworks 2.0 Laptop Desk has really come in handy! Since the desk is so functional, I can use it for many different things. I can use it as a laptop desk for my laptop or my mini, a lap desk to hold my textbooks and notebook and it can be used to prop my laptop or mini up for typing ease. The laptop desk fits nicely into my backpack, so it goes with me everywhere - I always have a desk and take it out whenever I have a few extra minutes to study. I am a mother of 4 and have gone back to school to get my Masters so anytime I get the opportunity to study is wonderful and my laptop desk has provided me with a comfortable place anywhere I go! I like this little desk. It's light weight yet sturdy. My only complaint is that you have to use a mouse pad because a mouse won't move smoothly over the desk.

at first, i was hoping for a contraption that had a soft underside because i plan on doing a lot of my schoolwork in bed this upcoming year. seeing as how this did not have that, i was going to return it but decided to give it a try anyways. it works great to prop up the computer and keep it cool. also, if i just put a pillow under it, it acts just like i wanted it to, at half the cost of the other laptop desks that do have the built-in cushion. i like the product, and for the price, it was a good find with some modification.

This helps a lot to allow you to have your eyes at level with the computer so you don't strain your neck. Just be careful to not leave it on the desktop overnight where it can slip off onto the floor. It is great in a car as it doesn't slip at all.

I like the laptop desk. It fits in my lap like a table but I like to use a mouse and the area for the mouse is not very smooth.so the mouse, which is wireless doesn`t move very freely. It works better on the arm of my chair.

The product overall works great other then the area a lotted for the mouse pad is to small other than that its works well and service well

Very handy device that lets me use the laptop while seated in my recliner. Can also be used to tilt the laptop for easier use on a table. Folds. Has small pad for mouse.Glad I have it, using it daily.I think it was overpriced. Manufacturing cost of two pieces of black plastic connected by a hinge could not have been more than $2. Yet its utility makes it worth the price.

I wish I had bought the bigger one with mouse pad on the side but is works great sitting on the couch and using I do this a lot when the TV is on .

I really like this product. It is just the right length to put my computer on as well as a small mousepad and mouse. It makes it easier to work on the couch. I'd recommend this for anyone.
