  Good general purpose safe for smaller items. Found it easy to set the combination and like the way the key hole is hidden. The key can be used if I forget the combination or the internal battery goes dead. Operates easily. Not a fireproof safe. Installation was easy. I bolted mine on the bottom and back to the floor and wall in my closet.

  Got this for protection of some small items without having to use our large safe. Great hiding place.

  when the product showed up there were a few scratches on the door and chips on the face plate but weren't a huge concern for me. The safe wouldn't be in plane sight. Extremely heavy and solid. Great quality design. My only issue I guess is that the round 1/4 turn knob to open the door and shut it seems a bit flimsy. It works well enough....just hoping it stands up over time. READ the directions about installation and setting your pin code FIRST before installation.

  there was a note to change the batteries right away, it then it worked for about an hour and then lost power again, very unsatisfied with the functionality

  Ordered this small safe for my son and daughter-in-law. It arrived with scratches on the exterior. Son said the box was intact but the safe had obviously been out of the box. Obviously, the scratches do not deter from the integrity of the safe but I would've preferred it arrived unscratched.

  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Safe arrived scratched on the exterior. Don't know where those defects came from.
