nice looking, mixes well with other books in your bookshelf; great product - although I just dont understand why they bothered to put a lock in to the book; if someone finds this it is easy to broke in even with the lock on.

I saw this as an idea for my daughter who is a teenager and has been earning her own money but is still too young to open a bank account without my signature. I thought this would give her more pride and be her "secret stash". It is really perfect for what I was wanting it for. It isn't Fort Knox in any way. I'm sure it could easily be broken into but it is great when stacked next to other books. She loves it. I think it is really great as well. And you can see how proud she is when she uses her own key to get to her own money.

It is a great idea, but too small to hold much and I keep hiding the key from myself. I finally gave up and quit using it.

A very cool gift for a ten year old boy. He loved it. He keeps his valuables in it. It came fast and it was just as described in the advertisement. It looks like a book and locks like a safe. It is well made and fits in with the books on the shelf.

This book safe feels really solid and sturdy. It is what it is, tho, and isn't meant to store highly valuable items in it. It could easily be broken into. I just like how it totally looks like a book on a shelf. You would never know it to be a hidden safe. PERFECT!

Got this for protection of some small items without having to use our large safe. Great hiding place.

The safe is ok, it looks like a dictionary but the look of the pages are poor from what I was lead to believe. The book came damaged on the corner which was upsetting.

Just as other's have said, you would not want to store a fortune in this but then again, if you are on a budget and don't want anyone to know about your 'rainy day fund', as long as you do not tell anyone, nobody will suspect it is anything but a book. NOTE: A HUGE % of thefts come from family members, or friends that a person knows--reason if you have this or any safe, not to tell a soul! This was worth the money and like I said, it does not look any different than any other book on shelf!

I truly love this piece, I am able to store a few items such as my wallet or phone even my Hard Drive for carrying around. This is a great product to use for hiding it on a bookshelf to keep others away from it, or if you go to school, it allows your personal items to stay private. I would recommend this for someone that wants a little more privacy without paying for a 30 pound monster that you can't be mobile with. If someone looks at the book, you will notice that it is obviously fake and would be better if it had a few pages before the actual inside, but it works!
