Dissappointed
The description lists 4 toner cartridges but only 3 were delivered. Black is missing. Reading further, there is conflicting information as to whether or not the Black toner is included.

Unhappy
I ordered this set and replaced my cyan cartridge today and am extremely disappointed in the quality of color. It is very light and spotty, does not cover all of the print area. I was printing my church bulletins when my old cartridge ran out and the difference between old and new is like daylight and dark! This is my first time to purchase 'Remanufactured" cartridges and will not ever do it again! Guess I am stuck with the other three! Hope they are of better quality!
