I AM SO ANGRY AT THIS PURCHASE. I have ordered cartridges many times from Overstock and never had a problem- Right when I put this in it creates a big thick line through all the papers- have reset it, etc. to no avail. $39.00 down the drain and I needed one so had to spend the 60.00 and purchase it at best buy. Learned my lesson and won't do it again. I order from Overstock due to time restraints- don't even have time to go and box it up and mail it back- money down the drain BEWARE of this item!

I bought this in April (2011) to try, and recently installed it when the factory original cartridge ran out. It was stored in the original packaging. From the start, print quality is substandard, as there are faint lines at left edge, and very faint clouding two-thirds across the printed sheets. Print density is also below par. I put the 'empty' cartridge back in and ran a test page. It is better than the one I got from this cartridge. Maybe I got a bum steer because I see all the other reviews were great.
