While the availability of the product and the price were certainly a big draw, the toner cartridge is another story. Almost immediately the cartridge somehow has a small opening that allows the toner to get all over the inside of our new printer. We have tried to clean it up thinking that it was a one time deal. However, it makes no difference, now the copies are lined on one edge with magenta, and the other cartridges also have magenta on them. Would not recommend purchasing recycled cartridges any more as you cannot return after they have been opened.
