Good price but hope they work

I like the bargain. But don't like that they are out of date. I don't know how long before I will be ready to use them. I couldn't rate performance when I don't know yet. Time will tell.

HP VIvera Ink Cartridge

I purchasd the HP Vivera Tricolor ink cartridge#95 and when it arrived There was a note with it stating that the cartridge might have an expired date. The cartridge did have an expired date. After installing it in my HP printer, It worked just fine. The colors were as vivid as a fresh cartridge.

Original HP 95 Tri-Color Ink Cartridge

The original cartridge was installed and tested on my printer. It worked really well day 1. The colors are vivid and fast-drying. I hope it will maintain its performance in time.

I was concerned when I noted that the cartridges had "expired." Seller explained that warrenty was still good with enclosed paperwork. Color cartridge works fine and I'm pleased with the purchase.

When these ink cartridges arrived there was a note explaining that they were still good despite the expiration date and guaranteed for a year after opening. I installed one and it is perfectly fine. I shopped around, and this price was unbeatable.

I was disappointed to find out that the 4 cartridges I ordered were expired June 2008. I think that the fact they are expired should be mentioned in the description by Overstock. I tried one cartridge and so far it is working. I hope the other 3 will work out also. I've never had any problems with Overstock and look forward to a continued good relationship in the future. I just hate not having the full information and a "choice" as to whether I want to buy expired ink cartridges or not!

These were cheap because they were expired. However, they work just fine, and I was able to get two for the price of one! Can't beat that!

The ad should say that the ink cartridges are past the expiration date printed by HP on the package. An insert in the delivery envelope says that the cartridges are still good - I haven't tried them yet and don't know if that's true. But not mentioning the expiration date issue in the ad is wrong.

I have used the ink cartridges with the same results as new. Since HP, or whomever the manufacturer might be, charges so much for a small piece of plastic with some ink it was more than worth the chance to save money. No issues.......no problems.

FOUND ORDERING THE ITEM EASY. DELIVERY OF ITEM WAS GREAT. INK CARTRIDGE WAS ORIGINAL FOR HP THAT WAS STATED BY OVERSTOCK. GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. I WILL BE BACK.

Great price, but cartridges have expiration dates

The price for these cartridges was a great deal...the downside was that when the cartridges arrived, they had "expired". A note inside indicated that the shelf life will extend at least 6 months beyond the printed expiration date. I am okay buying printer ink cartridges past their "due date" but I don't recall any of the product's description stating that these were "stale" cartridges. I'm just glad I only bought a couple, since the price was so enticing I was tempted to really stock up!
