Although items were sent quickly, and are as described. I am a bit unhappy that the inscription on the ink cartridge says "ink level indicator window may prompt cartridge as empty or low" My issue is, now my printer shows the ink cartridge as nearly empty, from the start, so I will never know when it truly does get "low". ALSO, the box the ink cartridge comes in says, "Guarantee: We warrant that all products are free from defects....etc...We replace any defective products..." However, there is no company name, nor an address, nor a phone number anywhere on either the box or the ink cartridge. Pretty easy to guarantee a product if no one can find you to make you replace the item!

Remanufactured black ink
This ink has been as good as the HP ink at more than 3x the cost in the local stores. I use a lot of ink in my business and being able to buy quantity at this price is helping my bottom line!!
