HP 564 Ink Cartridges
The majority of the cartridges I purchased did not work or, failed after a few short days. What O.com doesn't tell you is that these cartridges are not supported by the manufacturer. In addition, the ink level indicator is not reset so, you're repeatedly told the printer is out of ink, when, in fact, it may not be. Finally, the printer repeatedly sends error messages stating that the cartridges in use are counterfeit resulting in the printer rejecting the cartridges. Huge waste of money!!!!!! I foolish purchased eight cartridges of each color about three weeks ago and I'm heading to the store to purchase new HP cartridges. A "poor" rating is being generous. Unfortunately, there was no lower rating.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Horrible!
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Found out these were refurbished cartridges when I received them!
